Chelsea is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained her B.S. in Business Management from University of LaVerne, and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She has worked in various mental health clinics, hospitals and treatment centers for the treatment of addiction, dual-diagnosis, mood disorders, severely persistent mentally ill and trauma. Since 2009, Chelsea has been advocating, educating and providing psychotherapy for men, women and children who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. She has extensive experience working with addiction, trauma, men's issues as well as LGBTQ issues.


Chelsea is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical management and patient care. As a Clinical Director, she is dedicated to improving healthcare delivery and optimizing outcomes for patients. She has been responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing best practices for patient care. Chelsea has successfully implemented quality improvement initiatives, streamlined processes, and developed interdisciplinary care teams.


Chelsea's approach to healthcare revolves around patient-centered care, evidence-based practices, and fostering a collaborative environment. She believes in empowering healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care while continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance clinical outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence, community and teamwork within the organization.
